Used exhaust clip. I have one on my original 1950 Arrow. New, chromed clip also available (not shown in picture).
 
This is believed to be the second version of the exhaust clip, possibly part of kit 1,540017. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY! The one pictured is slightly out of round.
